Fraises au Vin   Time: 45 min., 2-3 hours of refrigeration

Ingredients:

1 bottle of red table wine
100 grams / 3.5 oz. of sugar
1 vanilla bean
500 grams / 18 oz's of berries

 
Preparation:
  
Mix the wine, sugar and vanilla bean together and simmer for 45 minutes. Let it cool, then refrigerate for several hours.

   Add strawberries, blackberries or your other favorite berries 2 hours before serving.
